I currently wish I could deal with my pre-existing risk factors in a positive way. I have dealt with many negative things in my life such as living in an unhealthy environment, struggling with addiction, negative self-image, and attending school. I wish I could try my best to move on. I first need to try to understand the struggle and what’s causes it to happen. Than I need to accept that I have a problem and try to work with myself and others to fix it. I need to stop using negative coping mechanisms and figure my problems out the better way, not the easier way.
