To me resiliency means getting through something that causes stress. This could mean school deadlines, fights with friends or family, breakups, financial problems, or even the death of a loved one.
When we go through these situations, we feel a lot of emotions that may be negative. This makes it harder to bounce back from difficult situations.
We can develop resiliency to make getting through life’s challenges easier. After all, you survived the worst day of your life. I like to grow in resilience by looking at challenges in a positive view. Looking at problems as temporary makes me realize that through time, I will get through it.
