I deal with my load of problems in many different ways. I usually start off really upset and mad and its handled through emotions. I then breathe and slow myself down so that I can figure out how I am going to continue or deal with what has happened. It can be very hard sometimes to deal with it head on or apologizing when I don’t want to. More times than none I do my best to be the bigger person and move on as best as I know how. It did not come easy however it took a very long time to become who I have become today, and I will be honest I am still learning and changing the way i deal with things. I am a better me and I love the way that I deal with my problems. It is way better to accept the bad things and move on to the good in your life.
