Resilience and How I Want To Improve

I feel like I have very good resilience in most situations but I am afraid to have to use my ways to cope with situations that need me to be resilience. The most common thing I try to avoid so I don’t need to deal with it is putting myself out to new people because i’m afraid of being judged and getting hurt because its just a fear of mine. and how I tend to deal with that fear is I know and remember that even if I am judged I have a few close friends that no matter what won’t judge me.
