Kindness Project

For my kindness project, I decided to bake cookies for my 3rd period class. Things didn’t go quite the way I planned though, as my 3rd period teacher decided she didn’t want the cookies given out after all. Despite feeling discouraged, I decided to take it as an opportunity to give the cookies to my bandmates during our lunch practice instead. I received a much better reaction from everyone (especially my band teacher haha!). Almost everyone had a cookie and everyone enjoyed them very much, some people even came back for seconds! Even though the beginning may have been a bit rough, and things didn’t go exactly as i expected, i’d say my kindness project was very successful!
