Faith — Resilient people have a spiritual practice or belief (this does not necessarily mean a religious belief ). They have faith in themselves and the universe to overcome anything.
One of my attributes of resilience is faith. Faith is something I’ve relied on a lot in life growing up. My childhood hasn’t been very bright, and I’ve had to overcome many situations where I’ve used faith to help me. Every time I go through something, I keep faith in myself and stay positive. I use faith often when I’m struggling and thinking I can’t do something. It helps me stay positive and keep going.
