Acceptance meaning for resilience is understanding setbacks are a part of life but that shouldn’t stop you from doing anything. How can you properly learn and grow as a person if you don’t have setbacks every once in a while? You can focus on only things that matter and have full control over essential things. I do understand everything has its setbacks. They can throw me off at the start but I can easily gain control over the situation just by staying calm and grounding myself. I’m able to “bounce back” easier after a situation causing trouble to me.
