Kindness is an action, a verb. It is something you do, like opening a door for people. I see kindness in my mom because she deals with stuff she does not want to deal with, like driving different people to different places and cooking and cleaning up after different people who should be doing it themselves.
I see kindness opening doors for people, like opening doors at the Dollar store yesterday. Once I opened a door yesterday, that person opened a door for another person.
Kindness isn’t not helping out, more self-centred. I see this in the way some people treat my mother.
Kindness is important because we would have a disaster if we did not have kindness in the world.
I am kind by how I treat people.
