Resilience In Me

I am resilient because I try to forget all the bad things that happen to me in my life. I am more connected to what is most important to me than the past or future. What is important to me right now? At this moment. I know the difference between right and wrong. Like bullying? That’s wrong! and helping people. When they ask for help is right. I believe that my beliefs are real. What I believe is important. Yes, I still have problems with my mental health, but most people do. and that is ok. I am resilient.
