Grad support to me is about opportunity, taking risks and trying something new. Every time someone new came into the program every member of the family gave them a warm welcome and felt like they belong. The classroom that has brought us together is room 206. This is the place where we all grew accustomed to each other and even though we are all different people, we’re all a part of the same family and have mastered the power of friendship, family and kindness towards one another. We have all independently grown to who we are today and I see subtle changes in everyone every day.
At the same time, our growth has also involved others’ generosity whether it was a hug on a bad day or helping with an assignment that we don’t understand. This is grad support and it always will be. We will always be a family and I will remember every single one of you, I love you guys.
